Team for Inclusive Education Support (EMAEI) of the Montemor-o-Velho School Group plays an essential role in promoting a school for all, contributing to ensuring that each student has access to the conditions necessary for their personal, academic and social development.<\/p><p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"814\">EMAEI is responsible for identifying, proposing, and monitoring the learning and inclusion support measures that best suit the needs of each child or young person, working collaboratively and in coordination with all stakeholders in the educational process.<\/p><p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1061\">This team includes <strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"861\">permanent elements<\/strong>, familiar with the reality and organization of the Group, and <strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"944\">variable elements<\/strong>, which includes professionals directly involved with students and their parents or guardians.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section data-end=\"1237\"><p data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1237\">Monitor the effectiveness of the support measures implemented;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1301\"><p data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1301\">To collaborate in the operation of the Learning Support Center;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1379\"><p data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1379\">To advise teachers in defining and adjusting educational responses;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1511\"><p data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1511\">To promote awareness-raising activities within the educational community, with a view to building a more equitable and inclusive school.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
