{"id":17500,"date":"2026-01-23T12:28:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T12:28:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/?p=17500"},"modified":"2026-01-23T12:29:49","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T12:29:49","slug":"iniciacao-as-atividades-nauticas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/en\/iniciacao-as-atividades-nauticas\/","title":{"rendered":"Introduction to Nautical Activities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Introduction to Nautical Activities promotes inclusion in the Arazede Army School.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 21st, students with significant curricular adaptations from Arazede Basic School participated for the second time in an introductory activity to nautical activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative provided an adapted swimming lesson, focused on sensory integration and adaptation to the aquatic environment. Throughout the activity, students had the opportunity to develop motor, social, and emotional skills in a safe and stimulating environment, significantly contributing to strengthening their autonomy and personal confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students participated with great enthusiasm, demonstrating joy, interest, and exemplary behavior throughout the activity, which contributed to the success of the experience and to a positive and inclusive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This activity was promoted by the Special Education teachers of the Arazede Primary School and was made possible thanks to an important partnership with the Group&#039;s Canoeing and Rowing Sports Training Center, which provided two Physical Education teachers to accompany and facilitate the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also thank the Arazede Parish Council, which provided transportation for the students, making this enriching experience possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initiatives like this reinforce the importance of inclusive education, where all students have meaningful learning opportunities adapted to their needs and potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"278\" height=\"376\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/imagem.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17501\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/imagem.png 278w, https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/imagem-222x300.png 222w, https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/imagem-9x12.png 9w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 278px) 100vw, 278px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atividade de Inicia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s Atividades N\u00e1uticas promove inclus\u00e3o na EB de Arazede No dia 21 de janeiro, os alunos com adapta\u00e7\u00f5es curriculares significativas da Escola B\u00e1sica de Arazede participaram pela segunda vez numa atividade de inicia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s atividades n\u00e1uticas.
