{"id":18230,"date":"2026-05-27T14:30:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T14:30:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/?p=18230"},"modified":"2026-05-27T14:37:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T14:37:28","slug":"os-desafios-na-transicao-de-ciclo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aemontemor.pt\/en\/os-desafios-na-transicao-de-ciclo\/","title":{"rendered":"The challenges in the Cycle Transition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Awareness-raising campaign for parents and\/or guardians.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c&quot;Challenges in the Transition Between Cycles: From Preschool to the 1st Cycle&quot;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the day <strong>May 20, 2026,<\/strong> by <strong>5pm,<\/strong> it took place, in <strong>School Library<\/strong> of <strong>Montemor-o-Velho School Group,<\/strong> one <strong>Awareness Campaign<\/strong> addressed to <strong>parents and\/or guardians,<\/strong> subordinate to the theme <strong>\u201c&quot;The challenges in the transition between cycles: from preschool to the 1st cycle.&quot;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative was driven by <strong>Psychology and Guidance Services (SPO),<\/strong> in partnership with <strong>Multidisciplinary Team for Inclusive Education Support (EMAEI),<\/strong> providing a space for sharing, reflection and clarification on the main challenges associated with entering the 1st Cycle of Basic Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the session, strategies to support children during this transition period were discussed, highlighting the importance of collaboration between school and family in promoting emotional well-being, school adaptation, and the development of essential skills for a positive educational journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our sincere thanks to all the parents and\/or guardians who participated in this initiative.
