Regional Swimming Championships for the Beginners, Youth and Junior age groups, which took place in Coimbra on April 29th.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The school group was represented by student Santiago Fonseca, who achieved 3rd place in the 100m Individual Medley event and also participated in the 50m Breaststroke event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past few years, Santiago has participated in various competitions in this sport, representing AEMOV with distinction. This was his last year of participation, as he is a 12th-grade student, and we extend our sincere thanks for his upright attitude and continued dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the youngest age group, Under-12s B, the District Championship for this sport took place on May 20th in Penacova. Our school group was represented by a delegation of seven students, all with excellent performances, with particular emphasis on..., student Iris Henriques, who achieved 1st place in the 50-meter backstroke event.<\/strong> e Xavier Costa, 3rd place in the 25-meter backstroke.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team, made up of students Iris Henriques, In\u00eas Cortes\u00e3o, Xavier Costa and Gon\u00e7alo Reis, also achieved 1st place in the mixed 4x25 meter freestyle relay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
