AEMOV Featured at the District Boccia Meeting
On March 20th, the Montemor-o-Velho School Group (AEMOV) participated in the District Boccia Meeting, held at the Miranda do Corvo Municipal Pavilion. The event included the participation of four athletes and three referees from AEMOV: Pedro Simões (7B), Pedro Sousa (7C), Salvador Jesus (7B), Santiago Conceição (7B), and Íris Gonçalves, Leonor Antunes, and Simão Teixeira (the latter three being students of the Sports Technician Course), who demonstrated great commitment and sportsmanship. The students performed remarkably throughout the competition, excelling both individually and collectively. The AEMOV team (Pedro Simões (7B), Pedro Sousa (7C), Salvador Jesus (7B), and Santiago Conceição (7B)) achieved third place overall, while in the individual competition, student Salvador Jesus (7B) achieved an excellent second place, highlighting the quality and dedication of the participants.
This result reflects the preparation and effort of the students, as well as the support of the teacher and coach who accompany them. AEMOV thus continues to establish itself in the school sports scene, promoting camaraderie and fair play through Boccia.

Congratulations to our athletes for their excellent performance!
