Information Regarding Loading School Passes

We are publishing the information provided by the local authority regarding the difficulties encountered in loading school passes:

The Intermunicipal Community of the Coimbra Region, Transport Authority, was consulted and sent us the following response:

“"Following our previous communication, we would like to inform you that the procedure for updating the ticketing equipment software, which allows for the automatic loading of passes on board, is still underway.".

It was agreed with the operator BUSWAY to maintain a grace period, in case any pass does not update automatically, until the end of this week. This software change/update will ensure that all youth passes are properly loaded without constraints (in the short term).

We would appreciate it if you could send us all incidents recorded locally so that they can be addressed and corrected in the coming days (please send the following information: pass number, line number, and time).”
