Individual Transition Plan

The school group thanks all the entities, companies, and institutions that welcomed our students as part of the development of their Individual Transition Plans. Anticipating and preparing for a balanced transition to post-school life, the established partnerships proved crucial in developing personal, social, and professional skills in our students, fundamental for a fulfilling adult life in an increasingly demanding and constantly changing society. Thus, the school, in collaboration with community services, seeks to meet the needs, expectations, and aspirations of students and their families, aiming for their self-determination and the right to... quality of life, but also to a quality of life.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your involvement in this difficult but enriching task, for being our partners in realizing a project aimed at the success of the students. We are aware that it is these small gestures that can make a difference and form the foundation of an increasingly inclusive society.
