February, the month of affection…

February is, by excellence, the month of Affection. Once again, our school group, and in particular the Mov+solidário Club, in conjunction with the Religious and Moral Education, Visual Arts, French, and Special Education departments, and with the participation of the Montemor Preschool and School Centre, could not let this opportunity pass to take the students soaring in a universe of positive emotions. During this month, the students created various works with messages that took us on a journey through the world of emotions, which were hung and displayed in the corridor of the Primary School, thus creating our Sky of Affection, in a walk of emotions.

This activity arose from the deep conviction of its organizers that school is a place for scientific training, but above all, for personal and human development, in the certainty that it is through well-developed emotional intelligence that we build a more fraternal, beautiful, and solid world. Thus, with this small initiative, they were able to bring more personality to the school through decorations made by students from preschool, primary and secondary school, without forgetting the older students from secondary school, who were keen to leave their contribution.

All that remains is to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers, staff, and students who accepted the challenge and embarked with us on this journey through the world of emotions.
