World Stroke Day | Young people give voice to prevention
On this World Stroke Day, we share an interview conducted by the Young Health Ambassadors of the Dr. José Santos Bessa School, in Carapinheira, dedicated to cardiovascular diseases and the importance of prevention.
A stroke can happen suddenly. Knowing the risk factors, adopting healthy lifestyles, and recognizing the warning signs can make all the difference.
Through this work, young people take on an active role in promoting health literacy, bringing essential information to their peers, families, and the community.
