School and Career Guidance Fair – Secondary Education

On February 19th, the Montemor-o-Velho School Group received a visit from Inspiring Future Project, promoted by Psychology and Guidance Service (SPO), in partnership/coordination with Inspiring the Future Association, providing students from all classes with secondary education A unique opportunity to explore their career prospects. This action is registered in the Group's Annual Activities Plan (PAA), within the scope of the activities of School and Career Guidance aimed at students of secondary education intending to create a bridge/connection between secondary education and the higher education.

During the morning, the school space – Atrium of the Secondary School Building, welcomed a Higher Education Fair, where students were able to interact with various institutions of higher education e companies represented, gathering information (training programs and curricula taught). Simultaneously, 12th-grade students participated in a session about... access to higher education, in activities e workshops interactive, centered on personal, social and professional development. In the last theme “workshops” The sessions were extended this year, and for the first time, to the classes of 11th grade.

The activity reinforced the school's commitment to providing students with a comprehensive education, developing the skills necessary for informed and conscious decision-making, and preparing them for future challenges.
