Study Visit to Porto

Within the disciplines of Religious and Moral Education and History and Geography of Portugal, Students in the 6th grade from Schools E, B 2.3 of the Montemor-o-Velho School Group participated in a study visit to the city of Porto on January 14th.

The places visited were Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, and the Sealife Oceanarium.

The objectives set for this activity were achieved, as the visit aimed to develop in students attitudes of respect for historical and cultural heritage; to contribute to the development of observational skills; and to allow for an integrated learning of reality, awakening in students a certain affective involvement.
