The group celebrates World Peace Day with the “Global Peace Circle”

Our school group, associated with the UNESCO School Network, celebrated World Peace Day on September 21, 2026, with the activity "Global Peace Circle," proposed by the Network.

For 26 years, schools around the world have marked this date by planting trees and carrying out visible actions in defense of peace and the environment. This year, on September 21st, UNESCO invited Associated Schools to participate in the Global Circle for Peace Day, promoting joint action for the benefit of people and nature.

In this context, our school group joined this initiative by planting an oak tree, a symbol of strength, growth, unity, and hope for a more sustainable and peaceful future. The activity was also marked by the placement of ribbons, symbolically representing hands, head, and heart—elements that remind us of the importance of acting, thinking, and feeling in favor of peace and nature.

With this initiative, the school group reinforces its commitment to the values of peace, solidarity, sustainability, and global citizenship, contributing to the construction of a more conscious, participatory school community committed to a better world.
