
Montemor-o-Velho hosts the District Gymnastics Final.
District Finals of Artistic, Acrobatic and Trampoline Gymnastics in Montemor-o-Velho
Last 21st, the District Final of Artistic, Acrobatic and Trampoline Gymnastics at the advanced level (level 3) took place in Montemor-o-Velho, an event that brought together students from various schools in an atmosphere marked by enthusiasm, dedication and a spirit of overcoming challenges.
Throughout the day, the students demonstrated excellent performance in the different subjects, showcasing not only the technical skills acquired, but also the commitment, persistence, and work developed throughout the school year. Each presentation was experienced with great emotion, reflecting the effort put into training and the desire to achieve the best results.
Beyond the high-level sporting performances, the contagious joy of the participants, the camaraderie among teammates, and the constant support between teams, teachers, and families also stood out. The atmosphere was a true celebration of school sports, where the most important things were participation, the sharing of experiences, and the personal growth of each student.
The results obtained were a source of pride for all participants, reflecting the commitment and dedication shown throughout the preparation for this competition.

Gymnasts from both artistic and acrobatic gymnastics who achieved the following results:
– In acrobatic gymnastics, competing for the first time in our group, the pair Rafaela André and Mariana Correia (Pereira) were ranked 9th;
In artistic gymnastics, the rankings were:
1st place Violeta Gariso (Montemor);
2nd place Rafaela André (Pereira);
3rd place Camila Azambujo (Montemor);
4th place Matilde Durão (Montemor);
5th place Luana Bella (Pereira).
Events of this nature are of enormous importance in the educational and sporting journey of young people. In addition to promoting healthy lifestyles and a love of sports, they contribute to the development of fundamental values such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, respect, and trust. These competitions also strengthen friendships, encourage teamwork, and provide enriching experiences that will certainly remain in the memory of all participants.
The District Final of Artistic, Acrobatic and Trampoline Gymnastics was, therefore, a true success, marked by moments of great sporting quality, joy and camaraderie, reflecting the excellent work developed by students, teachers and all those involved in the organization of the event, namely the 11th grade Sports class of the Montemor-o-Velho School Group, to whom we are grateful for their collaboration and competence in carrying out their tasks.
