Session on Contraceptive Methods raises awareness among students as part of the Sexual Education Plan.
As part of the Sexual Education Plan (PES), a session on contraceptive methods was recently held in the school library, led by nurse José Luís Mendes from the Coimbra University Hospital Centre.
The activity proved to be quite relevant and enriching, providing students with access to rigorous scientific information, clarifying doubts, and promoting more responsible attitudes in the field of sexual and reproductive health.
The students participated actively and with interest, asking various questions related to the topics covered, which contributed to a very positive moment of sharing and reflection.
The initiative also helped to reinforce the importance of health education, encouraging the adoption of conscious and informed behaviors.
