Return Conditions
The textbooks must be returned in good condition, allowing them to be reused by other students.
A manual is considered to be in a condition suitable for reuse when:
- It is complete and has no missing pages;
- Keep the cover properly secured and without tears;
- It does not have excessive dirt;
- It does not contain torn pages;
- It has no annotations, answers, drawings, or text that would make it difficult to use.
The return of all volumes included in each textbook is mandatory.
Activity books, grammar books, or supplementary materials should only be returned if they are an integral part of the textbook set.
Consequences of Non-Return
Failure to return school textbooks may result in:
- The impossibility of providing free textbooks in the following school year;
- Payment of the cover price for any unreturned textbooks;
- In the case of 12th-grade students, the issuance of qualification certificates or diplomas will be withheld until the situation is resolved.
We appreciate the collaboration of all parents/guardians and students in this process of reusing school textbooks.
